Emma Gunn

Miss Emma began dancing when she was four years old, and has trained in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Modern and Lyrical, with Ballet being her favourite. She danced competitively for over eight years and has completed her Grade 8 RAD and Advanced 1 Vocational ballet exams. She has attended summer intensives at The School of Alberta Ballet and has performed with the Moscow Ballet in their productions of Romeo and Juliet and The Nutcracker, as well as with a local company in their production of Coppelia and Dance Montage at the University of Calgary. Miss Emma graduated from SAIT with a diploma in Nuclear Medicine Technology and is happy to be back working in Calgary. She is very excited to be teaching at the studio again this year!

Seeing others push themselves past their limits and working hard towards something that is important to them.

What do you love about your job?

I love being able to see my students grow and to watch their passion for dance come alive. It makes me so happy to see students that are excited to go to class and just can’t wait to start dancing!
