R.Y.T 200, AFLCA with Resistance Training
Jennifer is passionate about fitness as it has always been a part of her life. In childhood and adolescence, she danced competitively. In her 20s, her lifestyle revolved around daily group fitness classes and her 30s began the journey into weight training with an intense focus on personal injury management. She is excited to pass on the joys and freedoms she has learned from her training to her students as a fitness instructor. She fully believes each person’s quality of life improves with fitness: mind, body and soul.
Jennifer is an R.Y.T. 200 as well as a certified AFLCA instructor with a major in Resistance Training. Besides yoga and fitness, Jennifer also teaches piano and has designed and conducted workshops on Piano Yoga across the province. She strives to connect with her students and work with them to help them achieve goals and be the best they were meant to be.

Seeing students leave my class with more joy, smiles and peaceful expression than when they arrived.
