Pam Kai

Community and connection are two of Pam’s passions and a piece of what lead her to study yoga.  Pam is a mother of two children, Amaya and Sawyer, and starting teaching yoga in 2009 prior to becoming a mom. In 2014, Pam’s focused shifted when her second child Sawyer was born prematurely and with many medical complexities. Since then she has spent most of her time being a mom, caregiver, peer mentor and family advisor volunteer at the Alberta Children’s Hospital and a family ambassador for the Canadian Premature Babies Foundation. Pam is grateful to be back working part time in administration and teaching prenatal and gentle yoga!
