Early Rise Bootcamp

Need a little motivation to get you back into shape? Join our Early Rise Boot Camps where you will be inspired, challenged and supported with Shaima leading the way.We have designed our boot camp to be a high energy and high impact to get results. Each class will be individually focused on a new aspect of health. To make our program beneficial to your overall fitness levels, we have included endurance, cardiovascular training, strengthening exercises, with incline and drills.

We know that everyone has different fitness goals and our goal is to create an environment that is motivating and supportive. We promise to make it a fun, team building experience that provides results.
