Join us for a five week session of meditation classes for the mind. Learn how to control your thoughts, live in the moment and calm your body.Start experiencing the many benefits mindfulness has to offer. Start living in the moment and connecting with yourself through meditation.

Mindfulness is a capacity of “living in the moment” that everyone can cultivate. It’s achieved by paying attention and being on purpose from moment to moment through meditation. Discover calmness of your mind, increase your personal energy and your sense of well-being. You will learn sitting, walking and lying down meditations that will help improve your awareness. Learn how to apply mindfulness meditation in your daily life so that your actions are aligned with your intentions. This 5 week series is welcome to all, no experience necessary.
