Mindfulness Meditation Classes will help you discover how to live in the moment and bring more calm into your life.This series will introduce you to the power of mindfulness as a strong and comprehensive foundation for lasting wellbeing. Mindfulness is a capacity for paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment. Through these practices, you can access a greater capacity for relaxation, increased energy and wellbeing. This will also serve as coping resources for managing stress.
