We are super excited to announce that the talented Nina will be offering a 2-hour Partner Yoga workshop next month!
Sunday, February 28 from 11:30am-1:30pm
Partner yoga will allow you to get deeper in your poses with the encouragement of your other half – whether that be a sister, mother, friend or spouse. This special person will be in the poses with you, synergistically opening up the muscles and connective tissue deeper than usual (in a gentle and safe way.) We will explore challenging poses that will be sure to work the body, and restorative poses that will have a unique releasing effect on the body and mind. There will also be an opportunity to explore some of your own yoga practice.
