We are super excited to announce that our lovely Katie will be offering a 2-hour special Yin/Yang Yoga class on a monthly basis. February theme is WHOLEHEARTEDNESS and we look forward to seeing you there!

This class is suitable for all levels of mobility and will combine a gentle flow with the deep holds of yin practice. A lot of time will be spent focusing on heart opening in the asana practise.
