How can we help you?

We offer a wide range of fitness classes to keep things exciting and fun. Classes include tighten and tone, bootcamps, Zumba, Barre, and Dance Fit. We offer different classes throughout the year.

Classes are designed to provide options for all levels of fitness. Our goal is that you find a class that you love and you can work at an intensity level that works for you. Options are provided in all of our classes. Try them all and see what you like best.

You will need to bring a pair of clean indoor shoes and a bottle of water. You may store your personal items in a complimentary locker and can borrow a lock or bring your own.

We encourage you to wear an outfit that is comfortable such as a pair of leggings and a shirt. We want you to feel comfortable so you can enjoy the class. Breathable material is highly recommended.

We offer monthly unlimited memberships, drop-in class passes of 10, 20, and 30; and single drop-in classes. You can pick what works best for your schedule so you can get the most out of the programs.

Many students wear a smartwatch or fitness tracker during class that are put on silence to avoid beeping or buzzing. Feel free to wear accessories or jewelry as long as they don’t get in the way as you move. We recommend wearing a headband for our more active fitness classes to catch sweat from dripping into your eyes.

We have shelves where you can store your items and hooks to hang your coat. We ask that you kindly refrain from bringing in bulky gym bags or large winter coats inside the studio as we want to leave room for all of our students to move freely.
