Whether you are new to exercise or want to challenge yourself in a new way, we have fitness classes for you! Join one of our group fitness programs this season including Tighten + Tone, Zumba, Boxing Bootcamp or BooTy. Seasonal fitness programs are delivered in 1-3 month terms beginning in September, January, April and July.
