Our Seasonal Fitness programs keep you coming every week to help you stay motivated and committed to your fitness goals. With new schedules offered every 3 months, you’ll find that we like to shake things up to give you a variety of options.
We offer Seasonal Fitness classes in 8 and 12-week terms Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.
Choose from a variety of options including our bootcamps where we incorporate endurance, cardiovascular training, and strengthening exercises to make it a fun and fat-burning experience.
We offer Barre, an increasingly popular ballet-inspired fitness class that combines elements of dance, yoga, and pilates.
Shake your hips in a fun, high energy Zumba class that incorporates both Latin dance and aerobics.
Or try our Tighten & Tone class where you’ll target each major muscle group with high repetitions and lower weights followed with a cardio blast.
We also offer a Kids Variety dance class where students will enjoy a variety of dance styles.

Join us for a Drop-In Fitness class or register for a Seasonal Fitness program.
Registration opens at least 2 months before the season begins and we encourage early registration to ensure class placement.
