Alex Henja

Alex has been training with soul connexion since she was four years old. She has been trained in various styles including, jazz, ballet, lyrical, and contemporary competitively, as well as pointe and musical theatre recreationally. She has been assisting classes since she was twelve years old and has been training in the Soul Connexion Apprentice Program for the last three years.

She has found a family within Soul Connexion and is so grateful to be able to raise the next

generation of dancers. Dance is what has supported her throughout her whole life and her hope

is to create a safe and inclusive space for dancers to grow and find their love for dance.
