Our Seasonal Yoga Programs are offered in 1-3 month terms throughout the year – Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. Whether you are new to Yoga or you’re looking for a challenge, we offer Yoga classes for all levels, ages, and abilities!

Some of our Seasonal Classes include Beginner Yoga that is ideal for individuals who are just stepping onto the mat for the first time. We offer Prenatal Yoga classes that are appropriate during the second and third trimester, as well as Yin Yang classes that will challenge your body to reach new levels of strength and tranquility.

Adult Yoga

If you’re looking to restore your mental and physical wellness, we have a Yoga class for you! We cater to all levels and offer a variety of Seasonal Programs in Calgary including Prenatal Yoga, Beginner Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.

Kids Yoga

Mom And Baby Yoga

Prenatal Yoga

Our Prenatal Yoga class is appropriate for the second and third trimester of your pregnancy. Learn basic postures and poses that will help you relax your mind and muscles, alleviate lower back pain, and achieve higher levels of body connection.
